We have identified a swift solution to address the problem of missing user data when requests are submitted through Company Portals via Public forms. Presently, we are ensuring the transmission of all user information. Although the user experience could be enhanced, our current roadmap limitations have led us to implement this immediate solution. Rest assured, we are committed to refining the user experience as a priority in our future efforts.😉

Previously scenario: all cards created By Public forms in Company portals are created by Pipebot so there is no user information, even when the user is logged in, and the card doesn't appear in the requests list.

Why did this occur? Despite being a private portal, when the form was public, it didn't automatically include the user's information.

But things have changed!😀

Now: We've made adjustments. We're now making sure that all user information is included in the cards.
